FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS [?]
We know that first-time visits to any church raise many questions and concerns. Here’s a quick look at some frequently asked questions that will hopefully give you a better idea of what to expect when you visit FCNB.
Where do I park and when should I arrive?
Parking is available around both our Worship Center and our Family Life Center. If you need assistance, feel free to ask any of the greeters. We recommend you arrive about 5 minutes prior to the service you are attending. If you have children to take the Nursery we recommend arriving about 15 minutes early.
Is the church handicap accessible?
Yes. There is reserved handicap parking. Should you need a wheelchair to use or need assistance, please call the church office ahead of time and we’ll be waiting on you to help you get to where you’re going.
Where do I go?
Greeters are located at the front entrance to the main building and are available to direct you to a classroom for Bible Study, to the Sanctuary for worship, or to any specific ministry meeting area.
How are First Time Guests recognized?
The last thing we want to do is single you out or put you on the spot. We ask First time Guests to fill out a Connection Card located on the backside of the sanctuary seats and either drop it in the offering plate or simply bring it with you to Guest Services located in the foyer to receive your free gift. We’ll never ask you to stand up or call you out in any way. We want you to have a wonderful experience with the FCNB and we strive to create a friendly and comfortable environment to make you feel right at home.
Where can I get more information about FCNB once I’m there?
In the foyer there is a Welcome center containing information about the various ministries of the church. You can also call the church office at 941.794.1685.
